Every case is assessed by Dr Hazout before it is accepted: species, route, dates and what the destination actually requires. Unfamiliar or complex routes are reviewed with a senior colleague before we quote.

Returning to Norway with your dog?

Norway needs the tapeworm treatment 24–120 hours before arrival.

It must be recorded in the passport by an authorised vet. Arriving on a Saturday means the appointment falls between Tuesday and Friday. We time it to the hour of your flight and check the entry before you leave.

Which language will the consultation be in?

The page is translated. The consultation is in English and Spanish. For Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Polish, Italian or German we arrange an interpreter and quote it before you book. We say this up front so nobody is surprised in the room.

What we do not promise

We prepare and coordinate. Border entry and official approvals remain decisions of the destination authorities. If a journey cannot be done safely in the time available, we say so rather than sell it.
